    We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our thriving Web Development Agency. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our client base and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and promoting our comprehensive range of Web Development services.

    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development in a Web Development agency or Business Developer with knowledge of Web Development Services


    • Business Development Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to drive company growth and achieve revenue targets. Identify target markets, industries, and customer segments to maximize opportunities for new client acquisition.
    • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, online research, and social media platforms. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by consistently pursuing new prospects.
    • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand client needs, challenges, and goals to tailor our digital marketing services effectively. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to win new business and maintain long-term client partnerships.
    • Web Development Services Promotion: Effectively communicate and promote our comprehensive range of Web Development services.
    • Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation: Collaborate with the internal team to develop compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our services’ value proposition. Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
    • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities, differentiate our services, and stay ahead in the market.
    • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth project transitions and successful delivery of services. Collaborate on marketing strategies, campaign planning, and implementation to exceed client expectations.
    • Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Track sales activities, analyze data, and prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue projections, and market trends. Present findings to the management team and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.


    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development (Web Development Agency experience will be a plus ).
    • Proven track record in business development, preferably in the Web Development or Digital marketing industry.
    • Strong understanding of Web Development and digital marketing services and industry best practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
    • The self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
